It really isn´t, they just started packing it with cameos and sidestories that had nowhere to go. I mean, putting SOME heroes from western media I can get it, it works with mha setting. But tell me what is Ms. Turner doing here, instead of advancing a story that was just getting in the second act

There is a lot of content, yeah, huge cast. But yeah, the game, and likely the dev, is quite dead.
