I played renpy games on linux and it worked fine. But I don't know how to run the game on widows 11. Do I need any additional thing to run the game on windows? What should I do after extracting the file?

Yes this is the first thing that I did but it doesn't work. after I click .exe file nothing happens. Ig I need to redownload the files then.

Try running the game in administrator mode as well if hitting the .exe button doesn't work. Right click the .exe, go into properties and navigate to the "compatability" tab in the window that pops up.
